How It Works

  • Please request late check-out as early as possible, so our team can verify staff availability and ensure your apartment or villa can be blocked from new bookings.
  • Confirmation is provided by the day before departure.
  • If approved, you may stay anytime until 5:00 PM (you’re welcome to leave earlier).
  • Entry past 5:00 PM is not permitted; guests staying beyond 5:00 PM may be asked to vacate or charged the full base nightly rate.

Late Check-Out Fees (Until 5:00 PM)

  • Jonathan’s Lugar: $50 USD
  • Miguel’s Mirador: $50 USD
  • Curiel’s Retreat: $75 USD
  • Ivan’s Bella Vista: $85 USD
  • Las Brisas: $110 USD
  • The Penthouse: $125 USD
  • Entire Villa: $275 USD

Payment & Confirmation

  • Payment is required immediately after approval.
  • Your booking is not confirmed for late check-out until payment is received and the calendar is officially blocked for your extended stay.
  • No refunds or discounts are offered for guests who depart earlier than 5:00 PM.
  • Guests booked through Airbnb will be asked to accept a payment request through Airbnb's Resolution Center.

If Late Check-Out Is Not Available

  • Guests may request luggage storage until 5:00 PM, subject to staff availability.
  • Luggage storage may not be available on Sundays or staff rest days.
